As of Jan. 20, 2025, this is the information we have about this car:
[Apr.13.2022] This car was kept by Henry Skinner Baldwin, co-owner of Huckins Yachts, at their warehouse in Jacksonville until it was sold in 1969, likely to Ronald Klieber of Marietta, Georgia. Eventually the car ended up in a barn in Western Mass. where parts had been purchased for restoration but the restoration was never started. It sat in the barn for more than 20 years, where it was finally purchased by Michael Bianco, who sold the car to Classic Cars out of Mankato, Minnesota. It was purchased by the current owner for $28,000 and a restoration is underway. [Feb.01.2017] Car #134 had specially dyed blue Karakul nylon carpet; it was owned by the CEO of the Huckins Yacht Co. This one too has survived although it had not been heard of since the mid-seventies. Thanks to hawk-eyed Jerry Jansson in Sweden for catching this ad in Hemmings for December,2003: CADILLAC: 1957 Eldorado Brougham, car #134 out of 400, nice original,45,000 miles, has been in storage, $15,500.
