Unless
otherwise specified all photos and illustrations are from Yann Saunders'
collection of Cadillac photos, advertisements and
product catalogs,
reproduced courtesy of the Cadillac Motor Car Division and the Cadillac-LaSalle Club
The following illustrations are drawn from the de-luxe, color portfolio for 1937 entitled Cadillac Fleetwood V8 - V12 - V16, depicting cars in Series 70 and 75 (V8) and Series 85 (V12). Some factory photos as well as a few photos of surviving cars may be added later, space permitting.
Drawings or photos of the 1937 Cadillac V8 models in the Series 60 and 65 may also be added in due course.
Each car is identified by (a) the "Series" code, namely the first two digits, and (b) the "Style" code, that is the last two digits and - in some cases - a letter suffix. Some additional descriptions of these double-digit body styling codes may be found in The (New) Cadillac Database© section entitled "Styling".
Indicative prices are F.O.B. Detroit and are taken from the Cadillac-LaSalle Price List for 1937, published October 20, 1936.
